Rapture

I know there is much teaching against a pre-tribulation rapture, but I don’t understand why?

In the book of Revelation the church is mentioned 19 times in the first three chapters. Then it disappears only to show up again in chapter 20 after the tribulation is over.

Who is to repopulate the earth if all are raptured at the second coming? Mathew 13:41-42 clearly says the wicked are gathered and thrown into the lake of fire at the second coming. The righteous are gathered but not changed they will repopulate the kingdom during the millennium.

John 14 speaks of the rapture.

14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Thus Jesus is saying he will come for us to take us to heaven, but no were in Revelation at the second coming is anyone going to heaven.

Besides Jude 1:14 says “14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,”

And Rev 19:14 says “14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.”

See rev 19:8 for clothing “And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.”

It seems obvious we can’t return with him if we were not taken to heaven prior to the tribulation.

In acts Jesus was taken into heaven and the angels told them he would return as he went.

Acts 1:11

11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Well how did he go, he was blessing them as he left. This is not the way he comes at his second coming. But likely the way he will come when he comes for his church at the rapture.

Luke 24:50-51

50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.

One last thing in Rev 19:6 “And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.” Who is this multitude if its not the raptured saints?

To me there is just no way to claim the rapture can occur at the end of the tribulation. It has to be a Pre-tribulation rapture there is just no way around it from what the scriptures teach. Even though I know some will deny it I just don’t understand!
